Pink Moscato Popcorn

Popcorn + Bubbly = one delicious pairing. Especially when it includes Pink Moscato! The deliciously sweet bubbles mixed with our favorite salty snack makes for a pairing that is sure to get your night poppin'. Next time you're getting ready to pop open a bottle of Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato, try this Pink Moscato Popcorn recipe and try not to eat the whole bowl!

 

Pink Moscato Popcorn

6 cups popped popcorn (approximately one package)

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoon butter

4 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato

6 drops red food coloring

  1. Pop popcorn (1 package is approx 6 cups).
  2. Set popcorn aside.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil in a small pot.
  4. Boil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and wait 10 minutes for mixture to cool.
  6. Stir and pour over popcorn until well coated.
  7. Spread on wax paper and allow to cool for another 10-20 minutes.
  8. Break up popcorn and enjoy!
