Frosé is no doubt the cocktail of summer and it is SO easy to make at home. Blend together rosé with these ingredients for the ultimate cool-down cocktail.
- One 750 ml bottle of Barefoot Pink Moscato Wine, chilled
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (from about 3 lemons)
Pour the rose, strawberries, sugar & lemon juice in a blender & puree until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker & churn on the coldest setting until thick and slushy, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pour into wine glasses and garnish with strawberries.
